Somatic coaching is a body-based approach that gently guides you out of your head and back into connection with your body’s wisdom. Many of us have learned to survive by thinking, analysing, and pushing through, especially when we’ve lived with challenges such as depression, anxiety and deep sadness or womb trauma’s such as birth trauma, miscarriages, abortion, endometriosis, PCOS, sexual trauma or boundary violations and hormonal transitions like menopause. Your body remembers what your mind has learned to numb or ignore. Through somatic coaching, we slow down and listen. We work with sensation, breath, awareness, and nervous system regulation to safely explore what your body is holding, without forcing, fixing, or reliving trauma. This work supports women who feel blocked, disconnected, overwhelmed, or trapped in cycles of anxiety and overthinking, helping create a sense of grounding and safety. You don’t need to have the right words. Your body leads, at its own pace. My approach is trauma informed with the reconnection of body, heart, and intuition. Together, we create space for what has been held to gently unwind, allowing more presence, clarity, and self-trust to emerge. This work is for you if you’re longing to feel more at home in your body, less alone with what you carry, and more connected to yourself. Somatic coaching doesn’t replace therapy or counselling but can complement it by focusing on body‑based awareness and nervous system regulation.
